While working on another “project”, I was able to skirt Oneida Lake/River yesterday. Below are a couple of pictures that highlight the outing.
Three Rivers bridge is pictured above. I took this photo while walking out on the train bridge. My wife would appreciate the fact that she wasn’t there to see me.
There is a series of geocaches that are based around beaver ponds. I went looking along the way and came up empty all four locations. I just wasn’t willing to go through some of the muddy marsh lands around the water in sandals. However, all of the spots offered some good photograph opportunities. I posted a couple above.
My picture of the day. I took this one (in a series of many) at the north entrance to the public fishing segment of Oneida Lake. I should have additional pictures posted to my trails blog when time allows.
