On Mother’s Day, Steven, Shannon and Judy went back to Stone Barn Forest to try and find a geocache that eluded us on an attempt earlier this year. The cache is located in the Stone Barn Forest in the backwoods of Cleveland, NY. The .50 cal ammo can is located deep within the forest. There are a lot of different logging trails, so you may want to mark waypoints on the way.
Growing up not far from here, the Stone Barn Castle has always been “in my back yard”. However, if you’ve never seen it, swing by and check it out. It’s literally 5 minutes from where this cache is.
