Genealogy

When you talk to people about your family history, you can usually end up splitting them into two categories — interested or can care less.  For me, I’ve always been interested.  I’m not as “hard core” as many.  I do research when time allows or if someone has a “project” that they’d like assistance with.  I then add the information into my records, which have grown to be very extensive over the years.

In this section, I’ll begin to upload some of the information that I’ve gathered to share with others.  To protect the privacy of many, my original focus will only be on those who have already passed.  I’ll be focusing on the Storto and Czaja families first and then move to the Comins and Seaman families.

I encourage anyone that wants to share information or memories of a particular individual to do so.  I was lucky enough to know all of my grandparents and a few great grandparents.  I only wish that I had some of the countless stories that I’ve heard at visits and over coffee.  Some of these memories I’ve begun to blog about and you can find them by clicking on the “Family History” tag on the right side of the screen.

Hi Gary, I so very happy to see your website. You see Flora Comins was may grandmother. George Williams (her son) is my dad. I remember seeing pictures of Minnie York. I have been working on some of the Genealogy, for the last few years. I would work on it then put it down. Please send me a email and tell me a little bit about you.
